Mallori Lancaster (Owner)

PT, DPT, Cert. DN

Mallori graduated from the the University of Kentucky’s Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program in 2012 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Following graduation, Mallori worked as a Physical Therapist in Charleston, SC; Chicago, IL; and Louisville, KY; working in a variety of clinical settings including Outpatient Orthopedic and Sports, Acute Care, and Pediatrics. Mallori is certified in Dry Needling and utilizes the core principles of the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT). A strong advocate for individualized care, Mallori creates specific treatment plans for each patient’s unique needs. Mallori grew up in Shelby County and attended Shelby County High School. Following graduation from Shelby County High School, Mallori attended the University of Kentucky for undergraduate studies where she graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. She enjoys spending time with her two children, Vann & Emerson, and her husband Tory.

Sheri LeCompte

PT, Cert. MDT

Sheri began practicing physical therapy both clinically and administratively in 1983. Sheri is a graduate of the University of Kentucky Physical Therapy program. She is additionally certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment from the McKenzie Institute. She is one of only a few clinicians certified in MDT in the state of Kentucky. Certified MDT clinicians are advanced specialty trained in the treatment of back and neck patients. Sheri is a Shelby County native and chose to practice in Shelby County so she could serve the community that has supported her throughout the years. She and her husband, Charlie, live in Shelby County, have two daughters, Mallori and Haleigh, and two grandchildren, Vann and Emerson. She is an active member of Highland Baptist Church.


Misty Sowder

PT, DPT

Misty graduated from the University of Kentucky’s Masters of Physical Therapy program in 2006 and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky in 2010. Prior to working at Shelbyville Physical Therapy, Misty worked as a Physical Therapist in Mt. Sterling, KY; and Lexington, KY; working in a variety of clinical settings including: Outpatient Orthopedics and Sports, Hand Care, as well as working in home health physical therapy. Misty is certified in the Parkinson Wellness Recovery (PWR) program, specializes in Vestibular Rehab, and utilizes the core principles of the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) . She grew up in Shelby County and is a graduate of Shelby County High School. Following graduation from Shelby County High School, Misty attended the University of the Cumberlands were she played collegiate volleyball. Misty and her husband, Bradley, reside in Shelby County and have 2 children, Makenzie and Elliot. She is an active member of Shelby Christian Church.

Ansley Scott

Physical Therapy Assistant

Ansley is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. She is a 2023 graduate from the Physical Therapy Assistant Program at JCTC. Ansley has been employed with Shelbyville Physical Therapy and Spine Care Center since 2006 when she first worked as a physical therapy technician. Ansley is a 2007 graduate of Shelby County High School and a 2009 graduate of Jefferson Community College with an Associates degree in Arts. Ansley, and her husband Jeff, are proud, new parents to their son, Caleb! Ansley, and her family, are active members of Highland Baptist Church.

Kristy Razo

Front Office Coordinator

Kristy graduated from Elizabethtown Community and Technical College with an ABA in Business Administration, Management Track. Kristy moved to Shelbyville in 2021 and has two daughters.

 

Debbie Rothenburger

Billing Manager

Debbie has been employed with Shelbyville Physical Therapy and Spine Care Center since 1994. A graduate of Shelby County High School, Debbie and her husband, Fred, live in Shelby County and have three children and three grandchildren. She is an active member of Highland Baptist Church.

 

Jannette Hernandez-Lopez

Physical Therapy Technician

Jannette is a 2023 graduate of Martha Layne Collins High School. Jannette first began as an intern at our clinic in August 2022! Jannette is currently attending college at JCTC.

 
 

Amanda Smither

Physical Therapy Technician

Amanda is a 2021 graduate of Martha Layne Collins High School. She enjoys playing soccer and traveling. One of her favorite parts about working at Shelbyville Physical Therapy is meeting new people.
