Sheri LeCompte

Sheri began practicing physical therapy both clinically and administratively in 1983. She guides a professional staff of therapists, assistants, technicians and office personnel in the endeavor to provide your physical therapy needs in the Shelby County area. Sheri is a graduate of the University of Kentucky Physical Therapy program. She is additionally certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment from the McKenzie Institute. She is one of only a few clinicians certified in MDT in the state of Kentucky. Certified MDT clinicians are advanced specialty trained in the treatment of back and neck patients. Sheri is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association. Sheri is a Shelby County native and chose to practice in Shelby County so she could serve the community that has supported her throughout the years. She and her husband, Charlie, live in Shelby County, have two daughters, Mallori and Haleigh, and two grandchildren, Vann and Emerson. She is an active member of Highland Baptist Church and she is also the Substitute Teaching Leader for Bible Study Fellowship in Louisville.

Mallori Lancaster

Mallori Lancaster is a Co-Owner of Shelbyville Physical Therapy & Spine Care Center. Mallori graduated from the the University of Kentucky’s Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program in 2012 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Following graduation, Mallori worked as a Physical Therapist in Charleston, SC; Chicago, IL; and Louisville, KY; working in a variety of clinical settings including Outpatient Orthopedic and Sports, Acute Care, and Pediatrics. Mallori is certified in Dry Needling and utilizes the core principles of the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT). A strong advocate for individualized care, Mallori creates specific treatment plans for each patient’s unique needs. Mallori grew up in Shelby County and attended Shelby County High School. Following graduation from Shelby County High School, Mallori attended the University of Kentucky for undergraduate studies. She enjoys spending time with her two children, Vann & Emerson, and her husband Tory. In her free time, she can be found hiking, biking, and traveling.

Misty Sowder

P.T., D.P.T.
Misty is a 2001 graduate of Shelby County High School. She received her Bachelor’s degree in 2006 and her doctorate in 2011. She has worked in both the home health and outpatients fields previously. She is Parkinson Wellness Recovery (PWR) certified and as an outpatient therapist focused mainly on hand and orthopedic care. Misty and her husband, Bradley, live in Simpsonville, and have 2 children, Makenzie and Elliot. They attend Shelby Christian Church.

Debbie Goldstein

Physical Therapy Technician
Debbie has more than 30 years experience in physical therapy having worked for Shelbyville Physical Therapy and Spine Care Center, P.S.C., since 1994. Prior to that she worked of a hand clinic in Louisville for 5 years. Debbie lives in Crestwood and has two daughters and four grandchildren.

Ansley Seacat

Physical Therapy Technician
Ansley is a 2007 graduate of Shelby County High School and a 2009 graduate of Jefferson Community College with an associates degree in Arts. Ansley has worked for Shelbyville Physical Therapy and Spine Care Center, P.S.C., since 2006. She is an active member of Finchville Baptist Church and resides in Shelbyville.

Debbie Rothenburger

Billing Manager
Debbie has been employed with Shelbyville Physical Therapy and Spine Care Center, P.S.C., since 1994 filing insurance claims and resolving insurance disputes. A graduate of Shelby County High School, Debbie and her husband, Fred, live in Shelby County and have three children, and two grandchildren. She is a member of Highland Baptist Church where she leads a WMU group. She is also data manager for Bible Study Fellowship in Louisville.
